Meet my Family: My Wonderful Mom, My Big Sis & My Big Bro. We took a little day trip just a little less than an hour away to beautiful Lake Chelan to make fresh apple cider this fall. YUM! Seriously you must try fresh pressed cider. Sooooo yummy and a fun activity with the fam :) I think we will make this one a yearly tradition. So me & my sis will have to get our men on building that cider press.

My mouth is watering! Fresh apples from the Washington trees. Crisp and Juicy mmmhmmmm! I've grown up eating these apples (and cherries) from right out of my backyard.
Ready to make those apples into cider. I think it was about an apple box size of apples we chopped. Made about a gallon and a half. Typically a gallon but we had some juicy apples.
